Delivery conditions for Modellbahn Pinneberg

Note: You do not need customs documents for shipping to EU countries.

For deliveries outside the EU, the invoice is issued without VAT.
Important: You may incur additional costs due to import duties. Please clarify this with your competent customs authority.

The delivery can take place on working days also on Saturdays!

It is not possible to ship to a country other than the one specified in the billing address. For security reasons, we do not ship with different shipping and billing addresses in different countries. We ask for your understanding.

However, please note the following procedure:
Transport damages are to be claimed immediately upon receipt of the goods at the supplier. You will then inform Modellbahn Pinneberg of any transport damage found. If you want to return goods, please inform us in advance by email.
