Take-back obligations according to battery law

In connection with the sale of batteries and rechargeable batteries, we are obliged as a dealer under the Battery Ordinance to inform our customers of the following:
 
You are legally obliged to return batteries and rechargeable batteries
 
As an end user, you can also return batteries and rechargeable batteries from our range to our sales outlet free of charge. You can also return batteries and accumulators to a municipal collection point or to your local retailer.
 
Batteries and rechargeable batteries containing harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out dustbin and the chemical symbol of the respective harmful substance (e.g. "Cd" for cadmium, "Pb" for lead, "Hg" for mercury).
